The launching of E-Billing application was held at the FIC IPM Office Sahabat Regional, Sabah to record the electricity and water consumption of the residents in several places in Sahabat Regional.
For a start, this application has been used at three areas in Sahabat Regional, namely Fajar Harapan, Embara Budi dan Desa Kenchana.
