FIC IPM is responsible for managing FELDA’s assets which includes the development of premises, house rental, offices, stadiums, schools, halls and complex communities.

For properties in Peninsular Malaysia, FIC IPM is responsible for managing Menara Felda, Bangunan Balai Felda, Asrama Semai Bakti Felda, Stadium Tun Abd Razak, Jengka, Pahang and Institut Semarak Felda, Bangi (ISEF), all which fall under the purview of FELDA.

FIC IPM is also responsible for managing FELDA’s assets in Wilayah Sahabat Lahad Datu, Sabah. There are five areas under the care of FIC IPM’s Operasi Sabah, which constitutes to three in Kompleks Sahabat, one in Kompleks Umas and one in Kompleks Kalabakan.
